  1. Yet another spin button.  This has the features *I* was looking for: no 
  2. VBX, four speed (starts slow, then speeds up: left mouse spins by ones, 
  3. right by tens), and a neat one I stole from CorelDraw: the button has a 
  4. middle segment which acts like the thumbwheel of a scroll bar: drag it up or
